New LLN requirements ensure best practice in trainer qualifications
offLanguage, Literacy and Numeracy, or LLN, has recently been added as a mandatory requirement for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
In today’s global society, it is vital for trainers to possess the skills needed to work with people who may have a varying degree of language, literacy and numeracy abilities.
Under the new requirement, all trainers will graduate with the skills and knowledge required to assess students’ capabilities in LLN and the ability to work together to develop these vital skills.
The Cert IV Training and Assessment qualification through Selmar Education Institute allows students to become a recognised trainer, facilitator and assessor within Australia.
Widely regarded as the required standard across many industries for HR and business leaders, this course develops the skills and knowledge to plan and design learning programs, facilitate individual, group and work-based learning, and develop assessment tools to then conduct assessments.
Delivered on and distance as well as via distance learning, the course offers the flexibility so students can balance work and life commitments with the study needed to take the next step towards career fulfilment.
