"I first started here at FOXTEL back in November 2006 where we were given the Certificate III in Business to do. As I started having a look through them, I thought "oh no" how am I going to do this. But as I had a look through the books and I learnt more about my role at FOXTEL, it became easier for me to do the books and realise the full impact and benefits of doing the Certificate III and how much it would help me in my role at FOXTEL. It also helped that I had some fantastic people, who if I needed assistance, were always willing to help me.
